Liked the product. Initial service was excellent. I was very frustrated with Customer Service, I wanted to exchange my purchase for a larger size or return the product for a refund. After following the printed instructions I found that my server was not compatable with your server and I could not contact you by another means, i.e telephone. I wrote you a letter about this but have not yet received any return correspondence.
I placed another order by e-mail but you apparently did not receive it so I reordered the product. It is on it's way. Aside from the lack of direct communication availability with you I would give you an overall rating of excellent. Your product appears to be excellent and your timely shipment of orders is beyond compare.
