WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

How to Prepare a Return or Exchange
To return your item, follow the below process:
- Please send us an email at email@example.com and you will be given a Return Authorization Code (RMA) and a return address. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- Package Your Return. Write the Return Authorization Code (RMA) on the outside of the package you are returning. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Once your return is received into our system, you will receive a confirmation email. System processing occurs Monday through Friday. Once entered into our system, your return will be inspected by our team. If there are any questions regarding your return, we will contact you. Once inspection is complete, your return will be fully processed. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
